This is boring for most so to keep it easy I suggest just 4 asanas from YOGA held for 30 seconds and repeated five times at least thrice per week.
1 Seated Forward Bend end result you can interlock fingers of hands around feet.
2 King Cobra end result touch the back of your head with feet
3 Cobblers pose end result knees touch the floor
4 Reverse Prayer pose end result palms fully touching with tips of fingers at almost bottom of neck.
