Drink mineral water and eat a decent sized organic meal namely meat / fish / poultry inc eggs and any veg three times a day. Supplement with a good quality multi vitamin / mineral tablet and a large fish oil capsule.
If you wish to lose weight miss dinner every third day if you wish to gain weight add a fourth meal before bed whenever possible.
Avoid booze and smoking.
